LD light source with RF port for embedded use
Output power with high stability of ±0.05 dB or less and output wavelength with high stability of ±10 pm or less can be obtained.
We handle RF port LD light sources for equipment integration equipped with the Gooch & Housego LD module AA0701. Available options include 1310nm/16mW and 1528–1570nm/10mW.
